• Eligibility: This offer is available to new and restarting Nao Medical patients. New patients: purchase and pick up (or receive) your first paid Semaglutide pickup to qualify and receive the second month free. "Restarting patients": 10% off applies to patients who have not received a Semaglutide prescription from Nao Medical within the last month. Patients must be clinically eligible and prescribed Semaglutide by a Nao Medical clinician.
• Coverage & Costs: This promotion applies only to Semaglutide medication. Patients remain responsible for any copayments, coinsurance, shipping fees, or deductibles associated with medication or medical services. The free second-month credit applies only after payment for the first pickup and is limited to the medication cost (value capped at $99).
• Usage Limits: One promotion redemption per eligible patient during the promotion period. The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other Semaglutide discounts unless stated otherwise.
• Clinical Discretion: Clinicians retain sole discretion to prescribe Semaglutide and to determine treatment appropriateness. This promotion does not guarantee a prescription or that Semaglutide is appropriate for an individual.
• Refund Policy: All sales under this promotion are final. The free-month credit has no standalone cash value beyond the $99 cap. No refunds will be issued except as required by law.
• Modification Rights: Nao Medical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to affected patients.
