A TLC medical-certification visit supports the medical portion of a New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission driver application or a specific renewal requirement. It does not issue a TLC license or finish a rideshare platform’s onboarding. Start with the current TLC application or notice and identify exactly which medical form is requested.
