Prepare the requested service
Request a demonstration for the actual program, explain who will use it and identify services, employee groups, billing and reporting contacts. A demonstration is separate from an employee’s clinical appointment.
Results and follow-up
Confirm which reports are available, who releases them and how pending items are followed up. Portal access does not automatically authorize every manager to see individual medical records.
Arrange the employer program
Confirm the service list, employee eligibility, locations, dates, employer authorization, payment arrangements and reporting contacts with the employer-service team. Give employees the correct appointment instructions and a route for questions or missed appointments. Confirm any proposed workplace event or outside collection site before arranging attendance.
Employee privacy and reporting
Employers should receive only the information needed for the authorized work request. Agree on completion reports, restrictions or other necessary documentation and who may see them. Covered employers must keep medical information confidential and separate from ordinary personnel files. An employee’s personal treatment needs remain a confidential clinical matter.
Questions about employer services
Can we see the portal before setting up a program? What does the dedicated concierge help with?
Request a portal demonstration before choosing a program. The coordinator can help agree on authorizations, employee instructions, appointment coordination and permitted reports. Explain the users, service list, billing and follow-up needs so access can be configured appropriately.
Are results shared automatically?
Reports are released according to the agreed authorization, review and access rules; do not assume every result is shared automatically. Confirm which completion or work-status reports the employer can see and how employees receive clinical findings.
What happens when a result or form is still pending?
Contact the program coordinator using the agreed reporting channel. Ask whether the pending item involves collection, laboratory processing, medical review or missing documentation, and agree on the next update. Do not treat a missing report as a passing result.
Is the employer consultation an appointment for an employee?
Employers can use the employer consultation to agree on services, locations, authorizations, costs and reports. Provide the headcount, requested service and deadline. An employee needing care should book the relevant clinical appointment with employer authorization; urgent care should not wait for a program-planning meeting.
Will the employer receive my entire medical record?
Employers should receive only the information needed for the authorized work request. Agree on completion reports, restrictions or other necessary documentation and who may see them. Covered employers must keep medical information confidential and separate from ordinary personnel files. An employee’s personal treatment needs remain a confidential clinical matter.

Good reporting begins with a clear request. Use the employee exam checklist before the visit, then use the results and status guide when an item needs follow-up.
