When to get tested for COVID-19?

You should get tested for COVID-19:

if you have symptoms of COVID-19
at least five days after close contact with an infected person
before going to school, office, or events
before and after travel
when required by a healthcare professional or a public health official

What does the rapid COVID test entail and how long does it take to get results?

The COVID-19 test involves nasal swabs from which results can be obtained in as little as 15 minutes.

What is the rapid antigen test?

The rapid antigen test was granted an EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) by the FDA and is often used for on-site COVID-19 testing because it provides quicker results.

Can we do both the rapid COVID-19 test and coronavirus PCR test on-site?

Yes, we can do both the rapid COVID-19 test and Coronavirus PCR test on-site. The rapid test will produce results immediately but the PCR test will need up to a week to provide results.
